Shipping is always FREE & Tracked!

Once shipped, delivery times are typically as follows:

• USA: 2-5 Business Days
• Canada: 3-10 Business Days
• Europe: 2-5 Business Days
• International: 7-20 Business Days

We know you may be worried about ordering something online, but we've got you covered:

• FREE Replacement if you are not 100% Satisfied
• Processing for standard products takes 1-2 business days
• Production for personalized takes 3-5 Business days.
• We will provide each order with a tracking number.

Important Considerations For Your Order

Production time/Processing time is NOT included in shipping time!

Processing time for standard jewelry products is 1-3 business days.

The personalized items are made to order in our facility in Tampa, Florida or from our new warehouse based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Orders with personalized products inside take approximately 3-5 business days to go through processing and production.

Please, check that you have input the correct shipping address at checkout, including correct zip-code and apartment/unit number. You can also check your confirmation email for this information. All orders are automatically shipped to the address you input. We are not liable if your order does not arrive due to an irregularity in the shipping address. 

If you believe your order has an increased chance of being lost or stolen in transit due to a history of such issues, we highly suggest you purchase shipping insurance. Without shipping insurance, we are unable to replace any orders that have been lost or stolen. In the rare event that this occurs, we suggest contacting the shipping carrier.
